Does your company have decommissioned or unused IT equipment? Check whether Rukam is interested.

Rukam purchases lots of Enterprise IT infrastructure equipment and components from companies that are upgrading, replacing, decommissioning, or reducing their infrastructure.

Servers, storage systems, switches, networking equipment, processors, memory, and other components may still retain technical and commercial value even after they have been removed from production environments.

Before requesting complete inventories or detailed information, we perform an initial assessment to determine whether the equipment is of interest to Rukam.

Your company upgrades its infrastructure.
Rukam may purchase equipment that still has technical and commercial value.

Who We Buy From

Rukam purchases equipment exclusively from companies and other legal entities.

We do not purchase equipment from private individuals.

All equipment offered to Rukam must have a verifiable and documented origin. The selling company must be able to demonstrate lawful ownership of the assets and provide the appropriate documentation required for the transaction.

Equipment without verifiable origin, proper documentation, or clear proof of ownership will not be considered for acquisition.

First, We Determine Whether There Is Interest

There is no need to prepare an extensive spreadsheet or complete inventory before knowing whether the equipment is of interest to Rukam.

For the initial contact, we only need a brief description of the available equipment: equipment type, main manufacturers, models or generations, approximate quantity, and location.

Based on this information, our team performs an initial technical and commercial assessment.

Only if there is interest will we request more detailed information about the equipment.

How It Works

1. COMPANY AND ORIGIN VERIFICATION
The seller must be a company or other legal entity, and the equipment must have a clear and verifiable origin. Rukam does not purchase equipment from private individuals.

2. INITIAL EQUIPMENT SCREENING
Briefly provide the equipment type, main manufacturers, models or generations, approximate quantity, and location.

3. INTEREST ASSESSMENT
Our team performs an initial review to determine whether the equipment matches Rukam's current technical and commercial interests.

4. REQUEST FOR DETAILED INFORMATION
If there is interest, we will request the information required for a more detailed evaluation, such as an equipment list, manufacturers, models, Part Numbers, configurations, quantities, condition, and photographs.

5. LOT EVALUATION
Using this information, we evaluate the composition of the lot, equipment generations, configurations, condition, reuse potential, and commercial interest.

6. COMMERCIAL OFFER
If the equipment meets our acquisition criteria, we may present a commercial offer for the complete lot or only for selected equipment.

7. DOCUMENTATION AND ACQUISITION
Once the offer is accepted, the transaction will proceed only after verification of the required commercial, tax, ownership, and origin documentation. Payment and logistics procedures are then coordinated according to the transaction.

BEFORE CONTACTING US

Please make sure that:

  • The seller is a company or other legal entity.
  • The equipment has a clear and verifiable origin.
  • The company can demonstrate lawful ownership of the equipment.
  • The transaction can be completed with the appropriate commercial and tax documentation.

If these requirements cannot be met, Rukam will not proceed with the acquisition.

Why Rukam?

Properly evaluating a lot of Enterprise hardware requires much more than simply checking used equipment prices.

Manufacturer, generation, configuration, processors, memory, controllers, drives, interfaces, Part Numbers, condition, and reuse potential can significantly affect the value and commercial interest of a particular piece of equipment.

With experience in technology since 1995 and direct involvement in the Enterprise hardware market, Rukam has the technical knowledge required to identify, evaluate, and select equipment and components with reuse potential.

Reuse Is Also Environmental Responsibility

Equipment removed from an IT infrastructure environment has not necessarily reached the end of its useful life.

When technically suitable, servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and components can be reused and returned to productive use, extending their useful life and helping prevent premature disposal.

Selling unused IT assets can therefore help a company recover value while also contributing to a more responsible use of existing technology resources.
