Rukam was founded in 1995, working with technology and IT infrastructure. Over more than three decades, we have followed the evolution of corporate networks, servers, security, virtualization, storage, and data centers.
In 2012, we expanded our operations into the enterprise hardware market, working with servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and components from manufacturers such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, IBM, Lenovo, and Supermicro.
As our operations grew, Rukam also expanded physically, establishing its facility of more than 150 m², with dedicated space for inventory, laboratory work, testing, and equipment preparation.
Throughout this journey, we have accumulated thousands of manuals, specifications, Part Numbers, and procedures and, most importantly, hands-on experience gained from working with enterprise hardware every day.
Rukam University was created to organize and share this knowledge, bringing together technical documentation, compatibility information, firmware, guides, videos, and insights from our laboratory.
