Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are sent through recognized logistics partners in the market to all regions of Brazil, up to 2 business days after receiving the payment confirmation given by the institution responsible for the collection.

To check the shipping cost and deadline, choose which items you want to buy and click on "Add to Cart". Then enter your zip code, the cost and time will be calculated automatically.

Attention:

• The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. Once your payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
• All requests are subject to the analysis and approval of registration data, which may require a little more time in confirming payment;

Payment Policy

The site has a MINIMUM order value of USD 40.00, below this value there is no way to complete the purchase.

About the installment informed in the products, there is a MINIMUM value of the installments that is USD 15.00 per installment, so a product of USD 80.00 can only be paid in 5X even though the site shows it in 12X because it has not reached the minimum value of the installments.

The delivery time indicated in the order starts from the date of identification of the payment, which varies according to the payment method:

• Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
• Pix within an hour
• Bank Slip: after clearing that can occur within 2 business days
• PAYPAL between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours

Thus, if you have an urgent need to receive the delivery, we suggest making the payment via Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. In some zip code ranges in some cities, there may be deliveries on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent or there is a need to confirm the recipient's address and/or name, or even in the event that the box is retained for analysis and validation by the competent bodies, the delivery time is paused.
